Author's Notes: It’s been so long since I last played with this AU.  I’m looking forward to rolling around in it some more now that I’ve started hooking my sister on Detective Conan.  (One of us…one of us…)  I also know that I’m breaking a person rule of not using Japanese since I can’t be 100% sure that I’m using it correctly, but it’s hard to imagine Kaito as Kaitou Kid referring to Shinichi as anything other than “tantei-kun”.

Well, there went a nice, quiet lunch.
