Before I set up the Kinkmeme for this year, do people have a preference on if it's held here on Livejournal, or set it up as a community on Dreamwidth?

There's no actual deadline on the Second Anniversary Challenge, but for convenience sake, at the end of August, anything that has been posted for the challenge will be given a 'second anniversary' tag.

LiveJournal Drama:
For those of you who haven't noticed your f-list up in arms, more fandom journal deletions, this time for art.

Livejournal recently posted a "clarification" of their TOS:

"Content that encourages or advocates hate crimes, the abuse of children in any form, or rape, even if the content itself is not illegal and may be protected by the First Amendment."

Honestly? Pedo and non-con aren't my kinks. But if they're yours, --or want to post something that's a bit risque and think it might get you in trouble-- please either friends lock it or put it somewhere else.

Particularly anything involving either Conan or Ai, since they look much younger than their years. ~_^

Helpful suggestions, comments, and friendly debate about this are welcome. Wank and rants are not.

Yosh! Okay! Any of you who haven't been to the community page in a while will prolly notice that there have been a few changes made.

No more blues, it's now all red and blacks. And massive thanks to dagronrat for the new icons!! ^___^

And please note that all fanart/fanfiction has been tagged.

Entries are now tagged by artist, author, characters, pairings and a few series. There are a couple of genre ones as well, such as all our pretty sparkling yuri, the few tentacles and the handful of mpreg.

We really really really encourage everyone to make sure that their entries are tagged correctly. I think we got them all okay, except for the ones with screwed up formatting, but a little bit of double checking never hurt.

Also, dc_yaoi is celebrating 2 years on 3 August. Does anyone want to do something to celebrate this? A fanfic or fanart contest-?
