Title:  Anniversary Drabble

Kuroba Kaito loved Nakamori Aoko.  It was just one of those facts of life, like the sky is blue, grass grows, and dead bodies fall around Edogawa Conan.
 
So it naturally came as a huge shock to everyone when the young magician skipped into the classroom one morning, threw a chain of flowers around one Hakuba Saguru’s neck, kissed him on the cheek, and whispered a “Happy Anniversary” to the other boy.
 
It surprised them even more when the Inspector’s daughter just smiled, turned to Koizumi Akako (the local heartthrob), and said:  “Our anniversary is coming up too, isn’t it?”

*cackles* This amused me. I can just see that happening (in a world where the mangaka actually gives us solid cannon without tragic separation and secrets anyway...). But yeah, this works. Good joke, good punchline. Made my morning.
